Cheese and anchovy crostini

Ingredients for 4 people Four large slices of homemade bread or a loaf of French bread cut into slices about 1 1/2 inches high, a jar of anchovies in oil, a package of sottilette
or sliced semi-mature cheese

How to cook Take the slices of bread and arrange the sottilette or cheese slices on each, taking care to place them so that the edge does not protrude from that of the bread. Then cut the anchovies in two and place one half anchovy on each slice of bread and cheese. Then bake the croutons for 8 to 10 minutes at medium temperature (if you do not have an oven, use a nonstick pan set on the stove). Serve piping hot.
