Architect Alessandro Comuzzi is a volcanic mind. Among his many projects, here is the CAT F-14, a 14-foot catamaran inspired by the A-Class: the uniqueness of the design lies in the fact that it can be completely disassembled (without the use of screws), cheaper and can be transported safely on the roof of a car. The cat, or rather, the cat parts, are made of marine plywood, epoxy resin and carbon fiber.
On Comuzzi’s site(www.alessandrocomuzzi.com) you can order construction plans (they cost 150 euros, according to the guys at VelaBlog) and possibly pre-cut elements. And you will have your own little gem to have fun with this summer!
