The TAG Heuer VELAFestival will not only be an opportunity to admire firsthand the shipyards’ best offerings on the cabin cruiser market. There will also be many dinghies on display: such as those produced by the British RS Sailing, which has established itself internationally in recent years. In addition to the “classic” RS Feva, RS 100 and 500, you can get hands-on with the fun new RS Aero, which recently debuted at the London Dinghy Show, and the RS CAT16, the first catamaran produced by the company.
RS AERO
Super light, but not only that. The new RS Aero features carbon mast and boom, epoxy resin and carbon parts for the hull, three different rig configurations, high sail area/weight ratio. It is fast, fun, maneuverable and has a very attractive price. Like all RS boats, the RS Aereo is distributed in Italy by Boattech (www.boattech.it), dealer of all boats produced by the British company. The latest RS made its debut a few days ago at the London Dinghy Show, where two prototypes were unveiled. The new boat has already been a great success and surprised exceedingly positively by its features.
RS FEVA
ISAF recognized and international class, Dinghy of the Year in the U.S., Coup de Coeurs in France, best-selling double boat in the world in recent years, English RYA junior class, FIV recognized class included in the Under 16 project… An endless list of awards. With more than 5,000 boats sold, the RS Feva is globally the new benchmark in youth classes: it is indeed great for sailing school, but the hull characteristics make it ideal for racing as well.
RS 100
