Structural Manual Winders – Rlg Evo S New winder for structural stays, an evolution of the already well-known and patented RollGen system. This latest innovation features a structural drum with a restraining top to be used in conjunction with NO TORSION stays. Light, low and functional: features achieved through the use of materials such as Ergal and 17-4PH steel. Made “from solid” through the use of CNC machinery, it uses high load bearings to ensure perfect sliding. The range consists of 5 sizes 3, 5, 8, 10, 15 T. This new type of furler is widely used on “race” boats such as Class 40, Open 50, Imoca 60, but its use is not reserved exclusively for extremely high performance boats. In fact, it is often used to make foresail furlers for removable forestays that make lighter and more functional sail plans that previously involved heavy, non-removable stainless steel forestays with rigid profiles.
Electric bow winders The EJF was born from a combination of technology and design. The evolution of technology in the sailing industry is increasingly toward servo mechanisms of the highest quality, performance, and reliability. BAMAR offers this new line of electric winders that provide unique performance, higher pulling capacity, very low maintenance, and simplicity in installations. The reversible winding is based on a high-efficiency planetary mechanism, while an electro-magnetic (E/M) brake ensures its mechanical locking, both after complete winding and in the vela terzarolata position. The shape of the motorization body, machined from solid Ergal, is extremely compact creating an innovative and functional aesthetic. LL manual emergency engagement is on both sides of the motorization and does not rotate during normal electrical operation for the benefit of convenience and safety. The range consists of three sizes for both rope and ROD stays from Ø12 (-22) to Ø28 (-91).
