Dehler is a German shipyard famous for making high performance boats, such as the Dehler 30 One Design. This boat was created for competitive sailing and thus for achieving high speeds and winning races. But aboard this light boat does not there is a lack of solutions to ensure passenger comfort even for small cruises and vacations.

BOARD THE DEHLER 30 OD

Concealed propeller and top performance

The
Dehler 30 One Design
is a sailboat with a distinctly sporty design that excelled in racing and inshore sailing, but also defends itself brilliantly in transatlantic sailing. Theequipment of this one-design is complete: carbon mast, double rudder, keel with aluminum fin and 900-kg lead bulb, and two 200-liter water tanks with the function of ballasts. On board we find the removable bowsprit and the Dehler Stealth Drive, a retractable propeller that hides completely in the hull when not needed. The sail plan and rigging are designed to ensure full maneuverability of the boat directly from the deck.

Kitchen, bathroom and two additional beds

Theracer soul is what sets the Dehler 30 OD apart, but that does not mean you have to give up comfort, despite its mere 10.30 meters in length. At the stern and bow are two double berths while the bathroom is aircraft-derived, and a kind of rigid curtain separates it from the living room. The kitchen is complete and includes a gas stove, sink with a flexible faucet and foot pump, built-in for a full-size refrigerator, and a 12-volt outlet. In addition, the two folding benches in the living room can be used for sleeping if necessary.
