Next leg of Sail GP to be held in Saint Tropez
during this weekend, like the F1 Grand Prix in Monza, Red Bull and Oracle have organized a challenge between the American and Australian teams, involving the two Formula 1 drivers.
Verstappen and Pérez had the opportunity to board the F50 of Team USA along with Jimmy Spithill, competing against the boat currently leading the Sail GP standings, The Australian one led by Tom Slingsby. Time trials and high-speed head-to-head trials entertained and impressed the two drivers, usually engaged in other types of racing, but certainly used to high speeds. Who knows what this double race weekend will hold, with Verstappen and Team Australia seeking confirmation at the head of their respective ranks.
