In order for you to enjoy your days at VELAFestival to the fullest, we have redesigned the entire area that will welcome you to eat well and relax. The new TAG Heuer Terrace open to the sea and the VELAFestival will host at one end the Event Area with the big screen and at the other end a bar and restaurant with tables where you can have lunch (every day there will be a rich buffet with special fare for VELA Card holders) or have an aperitif overlooking the sea in the evening. Because even refreshment, at TAG Heuer VELAFestival, turns into a unique experience: this is thanks to this exceptional location you can find at the great sailing festival. On the breakwater of the harbor, a spectacular terrace with umbrellas and a covered pavilion where you can relax, have a drink and a bite to eat, enjoy spectacular videos, and admire a unique panorama. Access is free, just have your VELAFestival CARD with you, you can get it now here and at the entrance.
But for your relaxation, there will also be an entire beach designed especially for you to relax in the sun (with a view of the most beautiful gulf in the world) while you enjoy a typical dish while drinking something good. A beach village on Tigullio’s most beautiful beach, in front of Portofino, where you can sunbathe, try out smaller boats and other items that sail on the water.
