Solaris 60

Great news is coming for the Italian shipyard Solaris Yachts. The countdown for the brand-new Solaris 60 has already begun, with the launch scheduled for February 12th.

The digital event will be a preview of the official in-presence presentation, scheduled for next spring. On this occasion, a set of presentation videos, interviews and technical specs will be unveiled, together with the possibility for the audience to book a digital guided boat tour, in the manner that will be subsequently communicated.

Designed by Soto Acebal, the Solaris 60 is a boat capable of combining cruising comfort and racing performance. All is interpreted through a modern and elegant hull design, associated to wide and functional interiors made with materials and finishes of the highest quality. The main innovation of the Solaris 60 is the cockpit because of its full width steering wheels. You can steer the boat without the intrusion of the sprayhood. This ensure that the jib’s luff is always completely left in sight while sailing.

Compact and minimal in lines, the deckhouse is the typical distinctive feature of Solaris; it ends at the stern of the mast and is completely harmonized with the deck. To recover height, the free boards are in fact more accentuated.
